Loretta Lipworth - Co-founder & Chair
Loretta is a career-changer on a path to Design Management in Construction from Design for Film & TV.
First-hand experience of making a major career change gave Loretta a particular interest in the attraction and retention of new talent into Construction, from school-leavers to 'non-cognate' mavens. Connecting with NAWIC was hugely beneficial in this process and nowadays, both volunteering in the running of NAWIC and enjoying its work as a member are really positive forces in Loretta's career development.
