The Net Zero Industry Innovation Centre (NZIIC) for Teesside University supports the ongoing drive for clean energy and positions Teesside firmly at the heart of the UK’s green industrial revolution.

The centre provides a focus for major investment and promotes Teesside as a national centre of excellence for low carbon economy.

GSSArchitecture will host a presentation on design process, designing to achieve BREEAM Outstanding as well aligning to RIBA 2025 Net Zero carbon reduction targets, followed by a tour of the new £13.1mil translational research facility which has been delivered in partnership with Teesside University and other commercial enterprises.
