Paddy, Health and Safety Associate Director at Law at Work will provide an overview of the development of H&S legislation, the influence of the Robens report and creation of HSE. Paddy will also review the Jersey Health & Safety Law, the introduction of Management in Construction Regulations, and current initiatives.
The presentation will begin at 12.30pm and will be approximately 1 hour with the opportunity for questions to follow. Tickets include a light lunch so please email jersey@nawic.co.uk if you have any queries or dietary requirements.
